Using our Category feature is optional. Categories are provided to help organize the way Specialties appear on your Location Setup page, Advanced Search page, Search Results page and Location Detail page. As an example, your company may have locations that offer both products and services. You could create a Products category and a Services category and then assign specialties to each category as needed. See the logic below:
Add Category – Click this to add a new Specialty Category.
Icons – The icons next to each location are links to the following functions:
- Edit Icon – Click this to edit the Specialty Category Name.
- Delete Icon – Click this to delete Specialty Category. (Note; If the Specialty Category is in use, you may not delete it.)
